Pink Panthers take home the championship banner!

Raises over $6,800 in the name of breast and gynecological cancers!

The tournament was October 9-11, 2009 at Cheel Arena with two divisions (open & recreational) for women over 20 years.

Tournament Sponsors
We couldn't do this without our tournament sponsors:
  • Clarkson University Athletics provided the best facility in the North Country to house our tournament.  The teams appreciated the fantastic accommodations.

  • St. Lawernce Gas sponsored the open championship game.  Darren Wilson was on hand to give breast cancer patient and honorary Pink Panther coach, Bonnie Buffham, the Player of the Game Award.
  • St. Lawrence Radiology (Dr. Michael Maresca & Dr. Terence Schumpert) sponsored one of the 8 games played.
  • Chelsea, Courtney & Caitlin Ashley sponsored and dropped the puck at a game in memory of their mother, Darcie, who lost her battle with breast cancer at age 39.
  • Pepsi-Cola Bottlers of Ogdensburg provided complimentary drinks to each tournament participant.
  • MVP Sports donated player of the game t-shirts for each game.

Jackie Dow, Interim Director of the Warner Cancer Treatment Center at CPH, and Julia Rose, Executive Director of the MMH Foundation, not only enjoyed being on the planning committee but also played on the Rosey Racers Green team that won the Recreational Division.
