Charles F. Fahd II, MMH CEO, receives $126,500 from Julia Rose, Executive Director of MMH Foundation. The donation includes funds for three areas of the hospital; $25,000 from the Alcoa Foundation for Respiratory Therapy; $11,500 from Dr. Michael and Barbara Maresca for Medical Imaging and new digital mammography software; and $90,000 from the Foundation for the West Wing Expansion Project. |

53 different individuals and businesses lead the way, as the MMH Foundation was able to provide the Massena Memorial Hospital’s physical therapy department a Wii-Fit Plus, 32” HDTV, and cart in less than 4 weeks.
|  | Tae Kwon Do For Life donates
January 28, 2010
Jackson Shatraw, owner of Tae Kwon Do for Life, decided in 2009 that he would donate a portion of his income from his Tae Kwon Do business to the Massena Memorial Hospital Foundation. He recently stopped by the Foundation to do just that. 당신을 감사하십시오, Jackson (“Thank you” in Korean.) |  | 1/27/2010 The MMH Auxiliary has been a leader in supporting Massena Memorial Hospital for many, many years. As of January 27, 2010 the Auxiliary has donated $70,000 toward the West Wing Expansion Project at MMH. |

1/2010 “Tim the Tool Man Taylor” would be envious of the new disk/belt sander, right angle drill, corded hammer drill, threading machine, hydraulic press, and socket set that the MMH Foundation has provided the Massena Memorial Hospital maintenance staff. The treading machine that was replaced has been at MMH for more than 30 years. MMH’s dedicated maintenance staff members: William Francis (30 yrs); Wayne Lincoln (9 yrs); Timothy LaLonde (9 yrs); Maintenance Crew Leader - John Beaudoin (10 yrs); Steve Krywanczyk (8 yrs); and Jonathan French(5 yrs) are pictured with all of the new tools. | 
| 12/2009 The Massena Memorial Hospital Foundation purchased a new courier car, a Pontiac G5, for Massena Memorial Hospital from Fay Motors in Massena. The hospital's courier car is used primarily by the laboratory staff to pick up lab specimens at local physician offices and the Brasher and Norfolk health clinics on a daily basis. It is a vital part of accurate and timely lab results for our out-patients. Shown in the photo are Julia Rose and Julianne Fowler of the MMH Foundation handing payment to Mike Viskovich of Fay Motors who in turn is handing the keys of the new G5 to Charlie Fahd, MMH CEO, and Mark Brouillette, Senior Director of Ancillary/Support Services for Massena Memorial Hospital. |

| 9/2009 The MMH Foundation and MMH honors Time Warner Cable, Sandy Cook, and 1340 WMSA Radio for 20 years of dedication to the Foundations annual Radio-Telethon. All told these two groups have donated hundreds of hours of man power, technology, and professionalism and helped the Foundation raise $1,000,000 in support of new equipment for MMH. |
